Just a note to let you know that I was very. very impressed with your
honesty, promptness and excellent work ethic. Once in a while, in this
over-corporatized world, one finds decent people doing a good job with a
minimum of fuss and a maximum of civility. I will post my review on
Skype, and I hope your business prospers. I am a semi-geek fiddler
myself and know that doing the screen replacement myself would have cost
me around $35-40 for the screen alone, absent tools and labor. Thanks
for the great job and I will send as much business as I can your way.

i was very skeptical about
sending my phone to a stranger, with my personal
info, but after talking to patrick I sent the phone.
I sent it up on friday ups, pat got it on weds. Igot
my phone back on fri. I should had went us postal
because pat got it back in less than 48 hrs in
perfect working order. If you are skeptical, dont
be, im a chance taker so you dont have to be. Thanks

Patrick is the man! Had a smashed 3G screen but
rest of phone OK. Even though I'm in Milwaukee I
made the trip to Midwest iPhone Repair. Why? Checked
around some of the other repair places. "$100 for
screen plus labor?" "$79 flat labor rate plus
parts?" "It's very complicated repair - takes 4
hours!" What a bunch of BS. Do these guys think
nobody checks out this stuff on line before calling
them? I thought about doing it myself as parts are
available and youtube videos abound but ultimately
decided to make the trip down south. Dropped off
phone at 4PM, said come back in an hour and when I
did it was completed and ready to go. For $79 hard
to beat and well worth the trip. Don't be fooled by
the rest. Midwest iPhone Repair is the only way to
go! |

I get that Apple charges $200 to repair a broken
glass screen. They are in the business of selling
new phones, not fixing existing models out in the
field, so their strategy is right. Thanks, but no
thanks. I'll upgrade next summer when my contract
ends and the 3GS becomes an antiquity.
All that said, Midwest iPhone provided exactly what
I was expecting. Patrick is the man! I'll work with
him again in a heartbeat, should the need arise. |
