When sending us your iPhone for repair, please don't be shy on the packaging peanuts or bubble wrap, spend a few minutes to guarantee your iPhone will arrive to us safely and securely. Shipping with the original iPhone box often provides the absolute best protection.

If you need cheap packaging materials, visit your local FedEx Office, UPS Store or Postal Station. At each location they will help you securely package your iPhone and send it to us quickly and safely for repair.

Don't forget to put a copy of the receipt in the box!
