No, we do not repair the iPhone 2G.
Shipping
How should I ship my broken iPhone to you?
You are free to use whatever shipping service you may
want. Shipping your iPhone to us is solely your
responsibility. We cover the return shipping so you do not
have to worry about that.
Do you ship International?
No, too many complications with customs.
How much time does it take to ship my repaired iPhone?
We will ship your repaired iPhone back to you within 24 hours,
unless there were other complications that you may not have
noticed that need to be addressed. We will contact you in
the event of something out of the ordinary springing up at
us.
Is my iPhone insured when shipped?
Yes, all iPhones will be shipped back to you with a $300
insurance.
Does the free shipping cover both ways?
No, We provide the return shipping, but you must ship it at
your own expense to us. Cheapest way to do so is with the
post office. Anywhere from $4-8 depending on your shipping
contents.
Can we have the repaired iPhone shipped to a different
address other than the billing address?
Yes, Please specify this at checkout in the
shipping address box.

Do you really ship it back to me after 24 hours after
receiving it?
Yes! This is very important to us that we get your
repaired iPhone
back to you as conveniently as possible. We do same day
repairs, which means the second we have it in hand, we are
repairing your phone. We strive to get it shipped back out
same day, but we do guarantee the next day.
Has my order shipped?
Midwest iPhone makes the repairs to your phone the same
day it arrives. We will send you an e-mail when we
receive your broken iPhone and we will send you another
e-mail when we ship it back to you. This will contain the
tracking number from either FedEx, UPS or USPS. We intend to keep you
in the loop throughout the whole process so there are no
worries.
How do I track my order?
We will provide you with tracking information the instant
we have it available to us. It will be shipped via, FedEx,
UPS, USPS, or which ever company you desire.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express.
Do you store our credit card information?
No. We have opted out of that option with our merchant to

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in
Wisconsin.

need a copy of my receipt/invoice, how do I get it?
After you complete your purchase a receipt/invoice will
be sent to the E-Mail address that you have provided during
checkout. If you lose this email, just contact us and we
will gladly get you a new one.
When
will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of
checkout.

We'll fix it tomorrow Yes, it's true. If you
choose our next day air shipping option at checkout, and
then you send us your item for OVERNIGHT delivery, we'll
receive it tomorrow during normal business hours. This
helps speed up the process tremendously!
