Do you warranty your
parts and labor?
Yes, we warranty everything for 1 year. Please check out our

Do you repair the iPhone 2G (Silver back with black bottom)?
No, we do not repair the iPhone 2G.
Do I need to take out the sim card?
You can if you have another phone you would like to put it in while
you wait for your device to get repaired. We have no use for the sim
card, so please keep it if you like.
Do you repair water damaged phones?
Yes, only if they show signs of life. Such as it turns on but you do
not see a picture, will not charge, ear piece doesn't transmit,
volume buttons or power buttons do not work. If they logic board is
water damaged there is a very poor chance of getting the phone to
work.
How can we trust you?
We have been in business for over a year and have completed over
3000 repairs. Try and find a negative review about our company,
there isn't any. We take care of all of our customers and make sure
they are completely happy.

How should I ship my
broken iPhone to you?
You are free to use whatever shipping service you want. Shipping
your device to us is solely your responsibility. We cover the return
shipping so you do not have to worry about that. Our return shipping
is ALWAYS insured.
Do you request a signature when you ship it back?
No, unless you specifically ask us to. We would have too many
returned packages if we sent everything with a signature. It has
proved to be more of an inconvenience for the both of us.
Do you ship
International?
Yes ,if you are willing to pay for all the shipping and customs
fee's, we have no problem doing international orders..
How much time does it
take to ship my repaired iPhone?
We will ship your repaired iPhone back to you within 24 hours,
unless there were other complications that you may not have noticed
that need to be addressed. We will contact you in the event of
something out of the ordinary springing up at us.
Is my device insured when
shipped?
Yes, for the value of the current market price.
Does the free shipping
cover both ways?
No, We provide the return shipping, but you must ship your iPhone to
us at your own expense. Cheapest way to do so is with the post
office. Anywhere from $4-8 depending on your shipping contents. The
USPS provides flat rate boxes. It beats any of the other carriers
such as UPS and FexEx.
Can we have the repaired
device shipped to a different address other than the billing
address?
Yes, Please specify this at checkout in the shipping address box.

back to me after 24 hours after receiving it?
Yes! This is very important to us that we get your repaired iPhone
back to you as conveniently as possible. We do same day repairs,
which means the second we have it in hand, we are repairing your
phone. We strive to get it shipped back out same day, but we do
guarantee the next day.
Has my order shipped?
iRepair Plus, LLC makes the repairs to your iPhone the same day it
arrives. We will send you an e-mail when we ship it back to you.
This will contain the tracking number from either FedEx, UPS or USPS.
We intend to keep you in the loop throughout the whole process so
there are no worries.
How do I track my order?
We will provide you with tracking information the instant we have it
available to us. It will be shipped via, FedEx, UPS, USPS, or which

Will I know when you receive the device, repair it, and ship
it?
With our new website we have it integrated so that you be emailed
each step of the way. You will receive an email from us when we
receive your iPhone, when we repair the broken iPhone and when we

it?
After you complete your purchase a receipt/invoice will be sent to
the email address that you have provided during checkout. If you
lose this email, login to your account on our website and view your
order or just contact us and we will gladly get you a new one.

our next day air shipping option at checkout, and you overnight it
to us, we'll receive it the next day and get it back out to you!
