should I ship my broken iPhone to you?
You are
free to use whatever shipping service you may want. Shipping
your iPhone to us is solely your responsibility. We cover
the return shipping so you do not have to worry about that.

many complications with customs.
How much
time does it take to ship my repaired iPhone?
We will
ship your repaired iPhone back to you within 24 hours,
unless there were other complications that you may not have
noticed that need to be addressed. We will contact you in
the event of something out of the ordinary springing up at

$300.
Does the
free shipping cover both ways?
No, We
provide the return shipping, but you must ship it at your
own expense to us. Cheapest way to do so is with the post
office. Anywhere from $4-8 depending on your shipping

other than the billing address?

really ship it back to me after 24 hours after receiving it?
Yes! This
is very important to us that we get your repaired iPhone
back to you as conveniently as possible. We do same day
repairs, which means the second we have it in hand, we are
repairing your phone. We strive to get it shipped back out
same day, but we do guarantee the next day.
Has my
order shipped?

iPhone makes the repairs to your phone the same day it
arrives. We will send you an e-mail when we ship it back to
you. This will contain the tracking number from either
FedEx, UPS or USPS. We intend to keep you in the loop
throughout the whole process so there are no worries.

available to us. It will be shipped via, FedEx, UPS, USPS,

complete your purchase a receipt/invoice will be sent to the
E-Mail address that you have provided during checkout. If
you lose this email, just contact us and we will gladly get
you a new one.

will my credit card be charged?
Your credit
card will be charged within 24 hours of checkout.

We'll fix it tomorrow Yes, it's true. If you
choose our next day air shipping option at checkout, and
then you send us your item for OVERNIGHT delivery, we'll
receive it tomorrow during normal business hours. This
