About
The Owner and How We Came To Be:
Midwest iPhone Repair was founded in October 2009. Midwest iPhone
Repair first realized the demand for iPhone repairs in the summer of
2009, as the owner worked with many of his fellow employees at a
restaurant franchise known as Texas Roadhouse who consistently were
breaking their iPhone's. He did his research and realized it was
possible to learn how to repair these popular devices cheaper than
Apple. From there, he purchased junk iPhone's off of eBay and
practiced repairing them in his bedroom at his parents house. He
then gained enough experience and confidence to start fixing Texas
Roadhouse employees broken iPhone's. From there, he created a
website and launched it back in October 2009. Right off the bat,
orders were flowing in and keeping him busy while he attended the
University of Wisconsin-Madison full time and working full time at
Texas Roadhouse as a server.
Each month became busier and busier,
in which there wasn't a moment of downtime. He started work at 6
A.M., attended 8 hours of class each day, then rushed back home to
get orders repaired and shipped out. By the end of the day, he was
putting in 17 hour work days between school and working. When he
graduated in May of 2010, with a BA in Business Management and
Business Marketing, he finally got a chance to breath and dedicate
himself to Midwest iPhone Repair. Throughout this time, he has built
himself a comfortable living working for himself and has been able
to quit his secondary job at Texas Roadhouse to run daily operations
at Midwest iPhone Repair fulltime.
What We Hope To
Achieve In The Future With Midwest iPhone Repair:
Our long term goals are to open up a
store in the Chicago suburbs where customers will be able to walk in
and wait 10 minutes for their repair to be completed. Once we have a
physical location word will spread much quicker than internet
marketing. After that becomes successful, we are planning to open a
store in each major city. We hope to become an ideal solution for
all electronic repairs. When you need an iPhone you go to Apple,
when you break your iPhone you come to Midwest iPhone Repair.
